Contest Rules
This contest is being sponsored by Fuzion Driving School, located at 5317 Church Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203.
Phase 1 of this contest starts on July 3, 2023 (07-03-2023). All entries from phase 1 (one) have to be in our email inbox by midnight of the 29 day of each month (in this case July 29),
This contest ends 12 months later on July 3. 2024.
Selection for phase 2 contestants will be completed by the 7th day of the month following phase 1. In this case since phase 1 started in July, phase 2 selection will be completed by August 7th. All phase 2 contestants will be notified by email.
Phase 2 contestants will face off on the 16th. day of the month following their selection. For phase 2 to take place, we need a minimum of 12 contestants.
We are not responsible for lost or late emails. In addition, we will be posting the winners to our Best Answer Wins Facebook page as well as on our winners' page of our website. That url will be sent to your email inbox.
If you are a phase 1 contestant who didn't make it to phase 2, you can enter again the following month. If you are a phase 2 contestant and did not make it to phase 3, you can enter phase 1 the following month.
This contest is void where prohibited by law.
All contestants must be 18 years or older or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where he/she legally reside.
All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. You will be required to fill out tax documents in order to collect your prize.
How The Contest Is Played
The contest is broken into three phases:
In Phase 1 contestants submit their responses for judging by the judges selected from Best Answer Wins And Fuzion Driving School.
All contestants will submit their responses for judging to (fuzion@fuziondrivingschool.com).
In Phase 2, twenty (20) phase one contestants are selected to defend their answers in a live face off over Zoom. The live Face Off over Zoom is judged by members of the live audience.
The winner of phase two wins Phase 2 Prize and advances to the finals.
In Phase 3, all 13 Phase 2 winners will face off once more to be judged by a live audience over Zoom. The winner of the finals will win the Grand prize as well as the bonus prize.
Prizes
Phase 2 Prize: This is paid to the winner of the Phase two contest. All Phase two winners will get a monthly bill paid up to $200 and will advance to the finals.
Grand Prize: This is paid to the winner of the finals or phase 3 contest. The finals contest winner will get a monthly bill paid up to $200 for 12 months.
Bonus Prize: $2,500.00. This is paid to a contestant who upgraded and won the finals or phase 3 contest.
How is Phase 2 and the Grand prize amounts determined? Dollar amounts ranging from $50 to $200 will be written on our game cards and place in our contest bucket.
$50 appears ten (10) times, $75 appears eight (8) times, 100 appears six (6) times, $125 appears four (4) times, $150 appears three (3) times, $175 appears two (2) times and $200 appears one (1) time.
The dollar amount paid to the winner of either the monthly contest or the finals will be determined by a random draw from the contest bucket.

Want to increase your chances of winning the top dollar amount? Simply refer others to play the game. Please check your email. We sent you a special promo code. Use it when you refer others to play the game.
Reason #1. Each 5 people you refer will remove one of the lower dollar amounts in the contest bucket. For instance if you refer 7 people , you will have one $50 card removed from the contest bucket and replaced by a $200 card.
Refer another 3 people and you will have have referred 10 people in total. Another $50 will be replaced by a $200 card. Refer enough people and you will have replaced all the lower dollar cards with the $200 card.
Reason #2. If your referral wins the monthly contest, you win that as well.
